I try and only think of attainable New Year's goals, things I really want to put effort into. Here are what I was trying to do last year, this year I have a few more things in mind.
Be kinder to all people
Start and finish projects- work on small and large projects, follow your instinct and finish it
Continue on the path of wellness- eating well and searching for optimal health, learn more about holistic remedies
Garden for how we live & eat- we love tomatoes so grow tons of those, beans, maybe broccoli and only things that are worth putting effort in that we will enjoy large amounts of
Can veggies for the winter months, dry fresh herbs
Start doing yoga, continue working out together
I'm going to write out my goals and keep them at my desk at work so I can be carrying them throughout the year.
